These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
I will treat any order as an offer to puchase goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods through my website you must be over 18 years of age.
Any goods shown on my website are not usually in stock, this is because I offer a service of exclusive designs specifically for you, all goods are subject to availability. If for any reason I cannot supply the goods I will not charge you for these goods and I will refund any money already paid for the goods. However, I will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur if I do not supply goods.
I will do my very best to deliver your goods within the times stated, but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of my control.I shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by my negligence.
All images, descriptions, specifications and advertising on my website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description. All measurements are approximate and the descriptions are as accurate as possible by my manufacturers and by me at Beryl4Silks, you are advised that there may be variations in colour between the actual goods you receive and the image that you see on your monitor. This could be caused by the settings of your system or an adjustment made during
photography.
In the unlikely event you purchase any goods that you are not happy with,i.e.arrive damaged or are faulty you must inform me by email bez@beryl4silks.co.uk within 3 days and preferably within 48 hours. If possible I will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods. However should you wish to cancel the goods because they are no longer required for whatever reason, You must give at least 7 days notice and I will have to make a handling fee of 50% of the original purchase price.This is due to the fact that purchases are made to order, this fee will cover my time and administration costs. Any Deposit made will be forfeited(including the cost of delivery to or from my premises)
Once a delivery is in Transit (in the process of being delivered) it cannot be cancelled and No Refund will be given
As soon as the goods are delivered you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, my responsibility for everything other than damage due to my negligence will end on the date I or the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.
I can not accept responsibility for return of goods that fail to reach me, so please always ask for proof of delivery this is usually free of charge. Also I would appreciate it if you can email or phone me, to let me know the date you are returning them back to me, to ensure I will be in to sign for them.
I reserve the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty. In the event of my termination I shall refund to you all sums paid by you to me.
:: Use of the term "Silk" ::
Faux or artificial flowers and foliage are commonly referred to as “Silk” please note because artificial flowers and foliage are not always made of silk. However I do purchase realistic and good quality flowers from my suppliers. I make my designs from a number of different types of materials, therefore while the flowers/foliage I use are traditionally called “Silk” they may not actually be made from Real Silk.
I try to give honest descriptions on all my items but on very rare occasions I may have to substitute certain items with eqivalent or better value, in the event of this happening I will always try to contact you first to confirm that this complies to your satisfaction. If in doubt then please email or phone me to discuss my conditions
